I am looking for a bit angled brush like this one:
Its the one highlighted with the mouse over it.
Also on exactly how to install it inCS5.

Welcome to the forum. If you select a round brush and then change the shape in the brushes palette that should be it.

Yes. Go to the dropdown menu in the brushes panel (top right) and choose "new brush preset".
