Press the 'Prt Sc' (Print Screen) button on your keyboard, it should be near the top right-hand corner.
Then go to Paint or Photoshop --> Edit --> Paste (Ctrl+v) --> Crop the image with the cropping tool (Looks like a rectangle drawn with broken lines) and crop the area you want.
Save as --> then host it here http://www.imageshack.us
Then paste the [IMG] tag it provides onto forums.
