How can you mimic the effect of a heavily tilted LCD screen on a photo so it looks that way at a normal viewing angle?

There has to be some sort of mathematical formula that can be applied to a picture based on the relative angle of tilt...its physics. I'd just prefer to not have to do all the work if its already been done.

I have inclusded a sample pic of a puppy, the first one is the manipulated version, the second the original version.
