you take another picture of the girl, or the same but bigger, then erase a lot of it but her face with a fat eraser nice and bl urry eraser, then set her face "opacity" to like 40%

or u could just have what u need of the second picture in the image and change the opacity...i never thought of the eraser though tidal

well you woul dneed to eraser around the second image(top image) so taht you didn't see a little sq uare box around it when you turned down the opacity

if wanted to you could have used the magic eraser tool and clicked on the stuff that you wanted gone, anything grouped together in the same basic color range will be erased and leave the rest empty, and it would have showed up like in the above.
