SLICING ERROR...HELP ME

Hi Guys,
For the past few hours I've been attempting to slice my images. When I preview to see how it would look in my browser, I see these gray lines when I press command + or command - ( I have a Mac, I also have a screenshot of what I'm talking about below). If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Its the images not lining up with each other because of a 1px border.
The border on the edges of the slices looks like partial transparency.
What format are you saving the slices as?
