Lately when I use the Rectangular Marquis Tool to designate an area of a photo, a small plus sign shows up below to the right of the large cross hair of the tool. When it shows up I cannot move the boxed area (I have t delete it and start again) and if I want to delete the area I now have to right click to bring up a box that has deselect in it. It didn't used to be this way and I don't know why it started of how to turn it off - or if it can be turned off. Thanks for your help.
