pls i dont know the best and easiest way of cutting a persons head and replacing it with another person head. Pls i need ur urgent reply pls

Easiest way is keep the head and replace the face.
Pasting a face on a new layer and use a layer mask to edit it in.
Open your image(1).
Get a new head, lower the layer opacity and transform it into position(2), then turn the opacity back up once your done and hold alt key while clicking the add layer mask button(3).
Use a soft white brush on the layer mask to edit in the face(4).
Change levels and colors to suit(5).
Use the dodge and burn tools to match lighting if your really keen.
