Hi!

I wonder if it's possible to save two versions of an image in Camera Raw.

When I have done my changes I want of course save the edited image, but I also want to include the original(unedited) so that Photoshop opens both the original and the edited image in separate layers.

Is this possible?

In camera RAW choose the new snapshot tab and go from there. Or you could save as a PSD and just import/place/drag&drop that file onto the original/visa versa.

hi,
i don't think you can save layers to a *.raw format!!! I have tried that and i got garbage...

your best bet... is once you bring your image into psd... just dup the layer and work off the dup image (keep originaly layer prestine) and then save as a psd...

just another thought... you may want to work in 16 bit mode when editing....
