Hey  I'd like to get the same effect with photoshop.
If someone can explain to me how to achieve that, I'd appreciate it.

hi,
actually several and techniques are used... and no single tutorial for this but to gie you some idea what involve ...
1. first there a fair amount masking involved...
2. the main tree and the bottom... lookslike they were mask off and gradient map layer applied...
3. that overal fade at the bottom...possibly another mask gradient layer used...
4. the forrest.... probably maks and possibly either a hue and sat layer, or channel mixing layer or selective color...
5. there a softness effect and they probably had a noise layer orguasian blur layer for that....
6. now it appears also they used some cloud effect...
7. and then there probably some blending but with this type of image... smiling... it experimentation on which blending would best...
that just a few things i noticed... it very difficult to try to backtrack on what some one had done.... some of it guesswork |
