Hello guys..I liked this very sad quote so i decided to make Facebook cover for it...I need you opinions please.

I think the color of the blue text isn't sad enough ?
And what about the look of the cutted paper ?

I like the colour of the blue text.

Maybe try add an inner bevel to the cut paper to add depth.

I agree with Auieos, the cut paper needs more depth. What font is used there? I like it.
