the opacity on the images in the foreground are set at 100%

it seems that the longer the line is horizontally, the more it shows through. also, as seen in the picture, it does not show through if the line is vertical. If anyone could please help, I have been struggling trying to fix this problem.

great artwork :)

Are you sure its not your monitor or your eyes that are playing up as I cant see the problem you have described.

Maybe I'm going blind Confused

hi,
on the image with what you say is horizonatal lines fading I don't see that..

as far as that first image...

i can't tell much from layer pallet... but
it sort of looks like like you have some fill layer below another layer and you went in and erase on a above layer which allowed the fill layer to show thrru either that or you just painted... but but it really hard to say why... it some thing in work flow and what you have done...
