My grid size and brush size is 16x16. When I draw with my current settings this is what it looks like: http://i.imgur.com/O4FLq.jpg
You can see the little spots that I missed with the brush.

How can I make it so when I draw, the boxes get filled completely. Something like this: http://i.imgur.com/rVBwl.jpg

Thank you.

If you want to do mosaic/pixel art, try using a 1x1 grid and the pencil tool. Then adjust the image size 1600% using nearest neighbor.
