what's the minimum resolution of the cam i can use to take a photo close to this ?
what's the actions and filters used ?

I think you can use a 16Mega pixel camera, and you can use curves, hue and saturation and try some different effects..

They have oversold Mpixel, a 5-6 Mpxl camera could do this if you were doing 11-17's or less |
