Hello,
Does anybody know how to create an effect such as the one below...
I'm interested in the banding effect which occurs on televisions and wondered if there was a way I could apply this to other images.

Its just a scanline tutorial with a bit of tweaking. Make a new canvas 1x3 pixels fill the top and bottom with black and leave the middle pixel blank or white. Define a pattern. You can obviously tweak the dimensions of the canvas to get the result you want.
