I many times a really good plug-in... it does a great job.
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm?event=extensionDetail&extid=1044520
I upgraded PC to W7 (32 bit) and Photoshop to CS5 extended (v12)
However it no longer works... it crashes the application.
Adobe support site advises that there were changes in CS5 that prevent 'older' plug-ins working.
I have been unable to track down the author, and I don't have skills to update it for CS5.
Testing shows that if I start up PC in safe mode then the plug-in does works.
I have had a friend check this on a 64 bit W7 install PC ... and the same thing .. crashes unless started in safe mode.
It is a pain to reboot PC in-between apps or even images, and working in safe mode blocks many other things.
Is there a way to force CS5 to load in safe mode when PC is already up & running ?
Such a great plug-in, real pain it no longer works.
Alternatively is there any group of gurus who I could go to who would be able to fix the Pug-in so it will work happily with CS5 ? |

hi,
well you might go to your msconfig... and disable all startups and click ok or look at the other startup options.
just go to your run command and type msconfig |
