I WAS WONDERING DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GO ABOUT TAKING A PHOTO THAT WAS TAKEN AND KINDA BLURRY, AND USING PHOTOSHOP TO MAKE IT CLEAR!!! CAN SUMONE PLZ HELP ME OUT ASAP, I AM DESPERATE!!! |

Yeah, you'd have to post it  , there is no "definite" way to do it, there are several methods and each one works for different things - at least for me.

The short answer is you cant make a silk purse out of a sows ear - that and you can't polish a turd.
Looking at the photo is has a large amount of ISO noise and is blurred beyond help - hold tight and I will see what I can do, but I dont hold out too much help.
