I have a "private" image from a female friend (Brow) and the black and white of the picture seem to be swapped round so to speak. The image is black where the flash is and white where the black should be. All other colours are as they should be. I hope you can understand why I cant share the image to show the problem, but i'm hoping someone could explain to me how to fix it? Its also very confusing as the preview of the image is how the image should be, but when I open it, its different.

Thanks
Dave
