i think he mentioned slicing or sumin like that so bascaly i want a tutorial on making a picture into a web page if ya know waht i mean

it makes sense, ya they are designed in photoshop, you slice them up and put them as "cell backgrounds" if your using tables or just backgrounds repeating like in CSS divs
good-tutorials.com should have a couple that should help, its more of a photoshop/dreamweaver or frontpage whatever you use, image ready or whatever can do it for you but i'd advise to do it yourself _________________ http://i337m1k3.deviantart.com for my ART Profile. |

Yeah, good-tutorials has some good ones, you may want to look into it. Pixel2life.com and tutorialized.com also have some good tutorials on this.

a combination of CSS,HTML, and photoshop can go far, or you can use the above programs. |

yeah, i used adobe golive / photoshop / dreamweaver (good i spend to much money sometimes ) , i thought mabey slicing would mabey be a feture than you can xfer to golive :S anywho i shall read up on thos tutorials
