hey peeps. done a touch up on my (terrible) Teeth LOL tried to keep it looking quite realistic and not overly shopped. Mainly used the Stamp tool.

Looks a little overdone it truth from my point of view. It's not a drastic thing, but the transition lines between teeth/gum and lips on our left is a little stark and some of the whites are perhaps too prevalent. The bottom set looks very kosher.

Having said all of that... you can only really tell if it's overdone when you have the overall concept of what you want to achieve, if it looks too white and overblown at the end, then it probably is. If it's seamless then back off and pat self on back.

Depending upon your brief, I would say with most folks, avoid 'fixing' teeth beyond colour, in this case I would have steered clear of changing his teeth for fear of altering the persona. As stated this does depend on intent though, I've broken the rule a million times through requests.

And when all is said and done, they are what is considered desirable in retouching terms these days.
