hi,
all i can do is maybe try and see what comes out...
the pictue is really way too small , a fair amount of pixalation...

itwill have to be enlarge a few times just to get enough pixels to work with and after that try some sharpening techniques... see which works the best..

i'll work on it tonight and tomorrow and see what i can come up with... no promises... hopefully other guys take up the challenge.. smiling

hi,
been working on it but it doesn't look good... i can enlarge it,, clean it up some and sharpen... however there no details in the lower half of the face.. it like one big blur.... it would help if had another picture or an idea of what his mouth look like.... from that can maybe copy and paste or draw in the mouth andnose area... but i am no drawer.. smiling... not sure how that would turn out if i had to draw...lol

work on it some more and post the image.. but can't do much with the face as is..

I't not easy, cause of the size of the photo.. but try unsharp mask, or even smart sharp..
