pictures look noisy only in photoshop

No, I looked, but there is no noise being introduced there. Also, the noise isn't actually in the image, it is only displayed in photoshop, so once I save the file and open it in something other than photoshop, it looks fine, so its not an effect.

hi,
I am out of ideas... unless it has something to do with opengl .... maybe turn itoff both in graphic card setting and in ps ... don't know what else to say..

what is opengl, and how do do anything about it? I am on a mac.

I am unsure as to the non/benefits but it should be in your Photoshop preferences/3D.
