Here is a link button from the phpBB site that is animated to display a highlight. I want to know how to achieve the highlight effect.
I have brought the image into ImageReady and it consists of only 10 layers. Each layer has a slight modification to the boundary and I want to know how to make that kind of modification.
It looks like it might be a gradient application but I am not sure.
Can anyone suggest a solution?
