Hello photoshop gods. Have seen this great pic that i have recreated in publisher and it is attached below. Would love to know how to be able to apply this to images in photoshop. I cant for the life of me fiqure out how to do it. I want to be able to use differnts colours and differnt thickness. Is this at all achievable. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks photoshop gods.

Do you mean the border?
If so, you have to take your rectangular selecttool and draw a select square where you want the border to be. After that go to Edit/stroke and you can give in which color you want and how thick the line has to be.
