lens correction not working

OS: Windows 7 Professional

When I click on "lens correction" I get a strange error ("device not ready") Also note the other message in the image. Any idea what the problem could be? Thanks.[/img]

Oh deary, I couldn't help but just want to offer sympathy. I don't think it's photoshop, I think it's more of a system thing. If it was me, I'd try to test whether there are any strange things happening in other software, perhaps uninstall/reinstall or investigate whether the system logs exceptions/errors anywhere to see where/when it occurs.
