I just created this blending mode and turned it into an Action so that one click will do it all. I call it Quasi Coloring and what it does is to highlight the embedded hues in an image while adding a minimum of contrast and blurs to create this special effect. Below are a few examples, and although I didn't include the originals for you to compare, take my word for it the difference is incredible. Hope you like it
