Hi There

I am creating frames in Photoshop and I am using the polygonal laso tool to create a selection and my tutorial says to "shift" "alt" Control" and click in the layer thumbnail and it is supposed to bring the lines into the edges of the frames. But when I do it, it only does one side and not the other.

Is there something I'm missing??? Im getting frustrated cause I'm sure it's simple, but I don't know if I.m missing something.
I'm using Photoshop CS.

Thanks- Doug

I don't understand what you are trying to do. Perhaps if you pointed to the tutorial...

Hi There-

Thanks for the response, I figured it out. I think the difference is if I put paint in the frame or not. I fi leave it blank, the tool will work. If I paint inside with white, then the tool does not work. I'm not sure if that is the solution or not, but it seamed to work.

Thanks- Doug
