[URGENT] help me reset the colour mode

i went into grayscale mode for black and white and then changed back to RGB assuming that was what it was before, (mode shows below) but after i changed it back my colourpicker or whatever its called is completely different and weird like the second picture shown.

please help me reset it asap!

You have the R: button selected. Select the H: button to return it to normal.

Is there a button that can reset the mode directly?
