|

I took my round image referenced in my last post and selected the whole image and then chose select/color range. I applied the black matte and experimented with the selection (eyedropper) tool. I got a look that I really like and want to save the image with that look but when I select save, I am saving a .axt file (whatever that is ), not a .gif.
How can I apply the effect and then save the file? |

When in the color-range window, one option is save. That is the one I used but it only gave me the creation of the .axt file.
Once the color-range window closed, the image had the "sparkling" look of a selected image but no visible changes. When I clicked on the image again, the selection canceled and the image was unchanged so saving for the web was of no value (I didn't try though, so I don't really know). |
