I'm not sure what Extended is. I'm thinking of getting CS5, and saw a version of CS5 extended for a good price. Is extended a full PS version, or just a supplemental version of extras for a pre-existing CS5 version? Also, does anybody have any issues with it? Thanks

Yes, as it contains all the other main features.
