When I open a file it seems as if Photoshop just ignores the command. Same when I try to make a new file doing File -> New.
Just yesterday when I made a .gif it worked fine, but I guess I may have changed something after that?
Is this a setting I messed up or some glitch?
I'm using Photohop CS5.1 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
Same problem with the 32 bit version of Photoshop. |

hi,
mmmmm....
does this happen with other formats?
is this problem very recent? or you had this issue for a while?
did you just installed cs5?
any problems with any other programs especially after this issue show up..and any error statmentments?
generally take a lot of details to try and figure out a issue....
a couple of thing i would look at...
1. try disabling your opengl in your cs5 and see if that takes care of it....
2. a possiblity that you need to update your video drivers ... |
