I'm using cs4, and actually hate several features. But, aside from that, is there anyway to turn off this weird effect when cloning? I has a little ghost image that trails the cloning tool and makes it almost impossible to clone anything. Thanks

In the clone source palette uncheck show overlay. |

I forgive anyone their foibles, but surely it's one enhancement that good? Perhaps a smaller brush may more suitable.
Glad you got it how you wanted though, one persons work-flow, is not another's.
