Hey guys, I'm a Graphic Designer.. And still trying to get better at what I do.
At the minute I can work with Text really well and Brushes, I use both Maxon Cinema 4d And Adobe Photoshop. I can't really work with real life photos to make them look better and I can't really manipulate them or combine Photo within photo for a really cool effect. I'm still working on this but I'm really bad on it... I have a youtube Channel Which I have uploaded a couple of videos of me on Photoshop Doing a sort of ' Speed Edit ' . I then commentate over it for a more entertaining feel. If you could check one of those out and give me some constructive criticism I believe that would help me very much in the future.

The series I'm working on is called ' Pennas Perspective ' and here is the latest Epsiode:

Don't expect too much from me as I'm not a professional Graphic Designer, But hopefully when I leave school and go into college and other things like that I'll progress to be pretty good at it.

Looks good, nice design you made, but for me the process was going a bit too fast

Hi,
I really had a hard time trying to determine what you wanted me to think about
either

on the whole as a video

or your work flow as far as creating text!!!!

now as a speed video... the music seems to be appropriate for the video speed
no quams there, however the vocal for me was distracting ... I think for some project the vocal can work but in many others i think just the sound be better

another thing about it when ithink about it is that the video maybe a little too slow for the subject matter .....

..... there no ooooooh's or aaaaaaw's about the video ..
nothing that really stand out and grab you... the process creating text and the colors and special effects just doesn't make thing interesting...

remember each element in a video must support the over video...
ifind the vocal music to be very dominating and distracting for the video it self..

there a nice speed video on retouching last year i believe.... it was fast... and itproducced oooh and awwwws... in very short time you saw a model go from a plain image to a real nice pretty looking model .... itwas a lux retouching speed edit .... it kept your focus on thevideo , kept your interest and at the end you had the thefeeling to go out and get a product that would do that.. smiling. ..

now this speed edit ontext.... now really nothing in itself is really that interesting but very little vocal and the speed is a lot faster there yours... and it works .. it kep your interest ... a lot of action and interesting thing going on.. in fact by speedingitbring out the fact there a lot of action going on sometimes if too slow a viewer get distracted orbored

now quite sure about thetype of effect your referring to i thought at first referring top outs/ outof frame ...
like this

http://www.agaraga.com/photoshop-tutorials/oob/

or here a simple speed video on the subject
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pX-AIMsgLM8

in both case as you can see there really quite simple to do...

well anyway those are my2 cents worth of opinions...lol.....
