ok lets say i have a picture with a person in it and i only want to use the person so i could put a new background to it.
example this picture

u see the picture on the right, it was put into it. does anyone have like a tutorial or something for that?

Try using the erase tool, and then fore more percise, the magic wand + delete. I dont know any tuts, im sure they're out there.
