1) When i look at your image, i think it was the sun that lightened everything up, this can be emphasised by either hightening the brightness of any picture you have (image/adjustments/brightness-contrast) or by duplicating your layer and setting the blending mode of the upperlayer to either screen or overlay (which is best will depend on your image) (The blending mode can be found on the upper right corner of your layers-window)
2)Font? I know nothing about fonts, but there are others here who know almost all of them..
3) I don't see scanlines in your image. Scanlines are lines that are repeated over the whole of your image. I do see one glowing line. I hope it was this what you meant?
There are probably several ways but this seems to work: Take your pencil tool and set it to 1 pixel. Draw your white line (to get a straight line hold in the shift while drawing) on a seperate layer with this pencil tool. Change the blending mode to 'soft light' of this layer. Make a new layer, take your brush tool and set it to 3 pixels. Draw at the same place as your pencil line and put the layer to the blending mode 'overlay'.
Now you should have a similar line.
Hope this helps.. _________________ Witam
