I have 2 questions if anyone can help.

Firstly how do a change a picture to 1 block colour? The picture I am trying to do is a sort of 2 different coloured picture and when i try change it, only parts of it change. I want to select the whole thing and make it 1 colour.

Secondly, is it possible to take a picture and change it to just an outline of it?

Thanks in advance,

Mike

Hello Mike and welcome to the forum!

I honestly didn't understand the first question but I will answer the second one:-

You can turn a picture to the outlines of it using the Smart Blur filter, set the Mode to "Edge Only" and play with the Radius and Threshold until you get the level of details you want.

EDIT:- I found this outlines tutorial just now, hope it helps:-

Perhaps for problem one:

image > adjustments > photo filter
-set option to color
-click colored square to choose desired color.
-increase density to 100%
-try with or without the 'Preserve Luminosity' option.

May do the trick.
