Hello, I have just registered so that I can get some help especially with photoshop.
I am a 55 year old, married with two grown up daughters. I live in Oldham Lancashire. I have owned a digital slr for almost 2 years and not using it to anywhere near its potential.
I'm looking forward to gaining support to enable me to improve my photographic skills.

hi,
I am a little late to the party..smiling.. welcome aboard..
and looking forward to your questions....

just for starters... on photo skill with your camera.. review if you can download raw format files from the camera.... the great thing about raw format is can more easily address under and over exposures better .. you generally fix that first then bring it in your PS .... many photographers... they love others they leave it...

Welcome geat,

I drove past Oldham just the other day.

I'm sure you'll find all the help you need around here.
