Hello ..
I'm Dalia, and i'm KINDA new to photoshop. i used to mess around, but now i'm actually doing something. this is what i came up with after going through a few photoshop tutorials.
The whole thing was made from scratch except for the picture of the girl .. i added effects to it.

*edit* (crumbs after writing that and refreshing I see it now!)
You're heading in the right direction, I would advise, think about what you want to create and then set about the canvas, don't be too hasty to commit pen to paper/mouse to screen. Encouraging effort though.
