Hey.
I'm Holly, a 21 year old spending my summer in the canadian rockies. What better time to learn photoshop. I'm a definite beginner so as a welcome to the forum present, and a wonderful discussion tool, i propose that anyone who sees this links me to a tutorial that they felt helpful as a newb or any tips for a beginner!

Welcome Holly. I'm not the best at recommending tutorials, but you'll find others will have suggestions. I seem to have acquired a large number of books instead (I love Amazon, and I think by now they probably love me too...).
I reckon one of the first things to learn about is Layers. Just google it and I'm sure you'll find heaps of info.
