I am having trouble removing the unwanted glare from eye glasses. Im not really sure how to even attempt it...I have CS4 and was hoping somone would have a suggestion. I have attached a sample.

It's going to be a case of clone/heal/patch, layer masks and borrowing good information to replace the damaged/missing info. Perhaps a bit of dodge and burn if needed. Basically time and patience.

I'd use a clone brush with 0 hardness on a new layer at about 12-18% opacity and stroke across the flesh areas and try to get a good blend. Mask over that and take out what you went to far on, then adjust transparency to get the sweet spot.

No clone stamp used yet. Used pen tool to select the lenses, multipy layer/on lowered opacity, color dodge layer/lowered opacity, multiply layer/lowered opacity. Know I think you have a better start to use the clone tool to finish repairing. The glare has been minimized but still need some work. By the way, I just thought of doing it this way, never seen this done before like this.
