*I double click the Photoshop cs4 icon as usual
*Instead of opening the familiar Photoshop window, I get the License agreement
*I press the "Accept" button
*Photoshop opens up
*I press file new and Ok
* I get a message "The specified module could not be found. C:\program files\common files\adobe\adobe version cue cs4\4.0.0\versioncue.dll
* On pressing "OK" Photoshop shuts down
I've had this happen before so I reinstalled but it's happening again! |

Hi Netaddict,
We need to identify if the file is missing or Photoshop just can't see it. Have you tried finding the offending file manually in Windows explorer? Is it there or missing?

Thank you Matt for your concern.
I have completely removed Photoshop CS4 from my system and am installing Photoshop CS5! |
