Hi Raley,
Very impressive, did you do it yourself?
I'll give it a nine as the edges of the robot are jagged and transitions are a little harsh (although that may be due to saving it as a PNG or GIF).
Hope that makes sense!

I'll give it a 8 too, very good.. But I would like some more contrast in it, since it's a cartoon image..
