Hi, in a couple of weeks I will be buying CS5 for students for Mac. In oder to get the serial No. I have to fill in the online Student & Teacher Edition order fulfillment form. I tried a dummy run but although I have an Adobe ID and can log in to the support portal I can't find the online form anywhere. Any ideas please.

Thanks for quick reply. For some reason all adobe sites keep coming up
'Error processing your request" so cant see if your suggestion works or not.
Will try again later.

Thanks but I could get on that site. My problem is that I cannot find the damn form to submit eligibility info. It is supposed to be on the support portal www.adobe.com./support but I cant see it anywhere and i've followed every link there is. I asked Adobe this morning in a live chat and they just referred me to the instruction page which is the same as you gave me. The instructions in step 3 (after logging in) say Provide your eligibility information : fill out the online Student and Teacher Edition order fulfillment form.
But I can't locate it.
I'm worried that if I shell out for this software I won't be able to access it without all kinds of hassle. I've heard some horror stories about that.

Best to keep asking the official adobe support people with problems like this.

One possibility may be that the form cannot be accessed using your current ID because it is not recognized as being associated with a student account.

That is just a guess anyway, keep hasting Adobe. Tell them to either provide a direct link or detailed step by step instructions.

My experience with the Adobe website is that it works best with Firefox. Try it out, you have nothing to lose.

I say that because I've tried Opera and IE for downloading Adobe's trial products, both would not go past the log in page where as Firefox actually downloaded.
