I have Photoshop 4.0, which I used on my old Apple. I am trying to install it (from a CD) on an iMac, with Mac OS X version 10.4.11. However, I get a message that says I don't have an application needed to open the program. What do I do?

Hi and welcome to the forum gherman. I have no knowledge on your issue, it sounds like a corrupt CD to me, but that's a shot in the dark.

Without hesitation the only advice I could give is email Adobe technical support Adobe Technical Support

Sorry not to have helped. It could be because the version of Photoshop is fairly ancient and the OS has issues, but being a Mac related problem (potentially), I certainly won't know the answer.
