Flip horizontally one layer only

Hi, when I flip horizontally a layer, the entire photo invert too (all other layers together).
How can I flip horizontally only one layer without affect the others?

Edit-Transform_Flip Horizontal.

Thanks hawkeye, but when I use this command, all layers moves. How can I move only one layer?

It shouldn't, unless the layers are linked.

To flip all layers the command would be Image-Image Rotatation-Flip Canvas Horizontal.

I got it!

I have to use much this operation to create textures, so I'm curled up in time to spin.
