Overall it's a great idea, I have two ideas for you:
1) The plane is is a bit too small for the large logo
Remember that the plane is a major player in your logo so either enlarge it or reduce the size of the whole logo while keeping the plane the same size
2) Please change the background color of the logo into a "skyish" blue. The background makes up a large area in the picture and black is in my opinion a bit too dark
