The only Photoshop program I have is Adobe Photoshop Elements, and I wanted to know if I could make a small .GIF animated file.
If it's possible, could you please walk me through the process? All I want to do is be able to create a file that goes from one picture to the next, to the next and then loop back again. Sort of like a slideshow, with no transitions.
I'm new to using digital photo editors, so please bear with me.
