Not a therapist a translator... Big Wink

There's no right and wrong and the decision can be personal.

I guess its like everything if its to much trouble then forget about it.

Themes could make things easier. Who doesn't love someone else doing the hard work.

Wordpress sure is an amazing product. The time and knowledge that must go into it is amazing. Im currently using a child theme based on another popular theme for my wordpress site. Aside from that, my web design experience dates back ten years..things were a lot different then!

I love the idea of someone doing all the work for me and Wordpress did rear its ugly head at me early on, the only reason I haven't chosen that option is that I was not clear on how customisable it was. Being a 'creative' I wanted to be my own style fascist and not let good sense come to bear ;) I was also concerned with having a propriety type piece of code that forces me down one road or another and is at the end of the day code heavy and may impact on my load time (I have no clue as to whether this is true or not).

Thanks for the links, will wade through once the mountain of work is reduced - I swear I come to these forums for a sanity check (status unknown).

I like the navigation idea, Mike. If it has a slick rollover effect, of some kind, I would think it would be quite attractive. :)

And yes, YourOnlySin, you can say urine. :)

Thanks,

Patrick
