Hi, i have taken a foto of text document, lets say its quite sharp and i need to edit it to look like scanned document. So reduce the range of colors and some other stuff... How should i do this please? can you advice me something? And what exact tools should i use?

Lower Saturation.
Blur.
Add some fake moire. (Google Images)
