When I try to print in PSE 8, I get a dialog that says "Before you can perform printer-related tasks such as page setup or printing a document, you need to install a printer."
I have two printers installed and other programs on my PC do print to both printers so I know it's not the printers.
I did manage to print to my laser printer from PSE, but when I choose the inkjet I get the above message and any or all of the following messages.
"Could not complete your request because an error occurred while printing."
"Could not complete your request because or a program error."
"Could not complete the command because or a program error."
Also, the program keeps crashing and it is not at all acting consistently in what errors it displays.
Suggestions, please, on how to troubleshoot? |

This seems to be a common problem and happens across several versions of PS. I havent been able to find a solid fix for it yet and the only advice Ive seen from Adobe tech support is to try uninstalling and reinstalling the software, which usually works. Also, some people say that creating a different user account will do the trick, but who wants to have more user accounts than necessary?
