Hard to believe these tutorials are still here after 6 years haha.
Also to answer your question, the program is Photoshop. It can be downloaded from their website for a 30 day trial, I will not disclose other means of obtaining this software as it is illegal. _________________ Space Artist

Heres one that im trying to tweak. Im still trying to figure out how to go about making the white part of the sig to go away to make the character look like its actually popping out and not on a white background. |

You need to save the file as a .GIF or .PNG file, not .JPEG.
